SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dark Forest Tribe. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@darkforesttribe.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
